The Real World

• Black Industries Publishing announced the revival of WFRP for the first quarter of 2005. They want to publish a revision 2 of the WFRP rulebook with adjusted rules and up-to-date background information.

• After a short break of only two years, I finally managed to recompile and upload all 57 volumes of the WFRP Adventure Collection directly onto www.wfrp.de. All old usernames and passwords became invalid in the process. Please contact me via email providing your real name, your old username and password to ask for a new one.

• Hogshead Publishing - publisher of the english WFRP product line - declared its end as a publishing house at the end of November. The legal rights on WFRP move back to GW. Therefore, it is likely that no more official publications for WFRP will see the light of day.
• The volume on dwarfs called "Dwarfs - Stone and Steel" got published shortly before Hogshead's end.
• The latest official WFRP adventure "Fear the Worst" is available for download at Hogshead's web site - as the company's good-bye present to the fans.
• I still receive the WFRP mailing list. I am not able to respond to any mailing list post however. If you want to contact me directly, then please use the following email address: o.rosenkranz@estensis.de. If I do not respond, just be a pain in my ar...

• There are numerous reports of access problems for the volumes of the WFRP Adventure Collection. Because of this, I will relaunch the WFRP Adventure Collection on January on a server which I can administer by myself. I beg your pardon and ask for your patience.
• A recent discussion on the WFRP mailing list occured where an opinion was raised to make the WFRP Adventure Collection available for the public. I understand that I am hard to contact, but I explicitely disallow such a plan. Every author is free to do with his own material whatever he likes. But the volumes of the WFRP Adventure Collection will not be available for public access.

• Hogshead has published the final installment of the Doomstones and postponed publication of Realms of Sorcery to late October.

• The WFRP Adventure Collection has been updated. Seven new contributions add to a total of 188 adventures.
• The WFRP Treasury faced an almost complete redesign. I threw out all those flying icons and most of the javascript to make it more easy to navigate and possibly a bit quicker to load. However, it remains to be a bit heavy on graphics.
• I also added six new treasures to the WFRP Treasury - and more are to come.
• I fixed a font colour problem at some of my web pages, plus the usual HTML or design fix here and there.
• The Fanzines and Magazines for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay section of my web page is online now.
• The master index of WFRP web sites has been added to WFRP.de. The list is more than one year old though as I did not find the time for a most complex update. It is still usable though. As it means lots of work to update that list, this project still has a low priority.

• An update of the WFRP Bretonnia project has been uploaded and a couple of HTML errors have been eliminated.
• A web site for the German roleplaying game of DSA has been added. It tries to be a timeline for as many published adventures and scenarios for DSA that the author could get hold of.
• Little has been done on the Famous Last Words lists. I will upload more non-english translations of that list soon - and I already have quite a few new additions to that list, too. I really hope to have some work on this done by the end of October.
• Another of my older WFRP web projects - the Miragliano project - will face a revival with a bit of new material and an HTML version soon.

• Well, I was offline for a long time. During the last months I was busy as hell, but I'll try and be a good boy.

• Hogshead (HH) published Apocrypha Too - a collection of source material for WFRP - around GenCon and announces to be the reprint of Death's Dark Shadow to be the next in line.
• Issue 18 of the French WFRP magazine Le Grimoire is out.

• I was on holidays in Spain for two weeks and in Munich afterwards, so I wasn't able to do anything on WFRP.de lately. However, I have a couple of stuff brewing. Stay tuned.

• The WFRP Bretonnia Project has been updated! One of the first documents is a timeline.
• There is now both a Flash and a non-Flash version of the list of Famous Last Words available.
• The Canonical List of Famous Last Words is available in English and in French. The French version has just been added, and a Hungarian version is currently in the making.
